Trip Booking Process…

Once you decided to go for one of our trek & expedition adventure trip, we request to complete the following steps:

Step I – Fill out the booking form & pay the deposit fee – Bank account details

Fill out the booking form with relevant information and send it to us or instead you can also fill-up the PDF Booking Form and send it to us as attached email along with your copy of passport and a passport size photograph as well.

As soon as you send us the booking form, pay your deposit fee as mentioned in the booking form or as mentioned below. We request to all our valuable clients to do the bank telegraphic transfer.

Trekking and Peak Climbing Trip : USD 500.00 per/person

6000m or 7000m Expedition Trip: USD 1,000.00 per/person

8000m Expedition: USD 3,000.00 per/person

Mt. Everest Expedition: USD 8,000.00 per/person

Once we received your deposit payment, we will send you a booking confirmation so that you can begin your preparations. We will send you a trip dossier as well which helps you to collect required gears and get ready for the life-changing adventure trip.

Now, book your flight for the trip either online or through one of your regular travel agent, earlier you book you get a cheaper fare.

Before you do the final payment, our salesman will be in tough with you and you can ask any trip-related questions and get answers and information.

Step II – Final Payment

Please pay your remaining fee of the trip

Trekking/Peak Climbing Trip: 45 days prior from the departure date
Mountaineering Expedition Trip: 60 days prior from the departure date

If Mt. Everest Expedition:

60% from the remaining balance 100 days prior to departure date
40% from the remaining balance 45 days prior to departure date

Once you paid the final payment, now buy your travel insurance for the booked trip, which must cover the risk of your adventure activities. Travel Insurance

Once you completed all the above steps, you will be ready for the trip, but still, you and our salesman can exchange mails for the last minute questions and information.
