I recommend Chulu West (6,419m) to everybody with a taste for nice mountains and incredible views, and a need for a little personal test of our own energy level during the ascent. I would also like to thank the company Dream Himalaya Adventure and Dawa Lama for excellent planning and preparation for my 3 ½ weeks’ vacation. Yet another time I experienced that a peak climbing trip to the Himalayan Mountains organized by Dawa and Dream Himalaya Adventure became a success.

Hi there

I was part of a group of 15 that trekked to Everest Base camp in August 2012. The trip was organised through the company I work for, Cape Union Mart, and Ronnie Muhl. We were very fortunate to be guided on the trip by Dawa Sherpa and his very professional and amazing team at Dream Himalayas. Dawa, your team, your expertise and encouragement throughout the trip enabled the entire team from Cape Union Mart to safely reach EBC successfully.

Well done again, and thank you very much! I will be back one day on another adventure, see you soon.

Firstly, Thank You! for an awesome adventure and phenomenal experience. Your guidance and friendship really made a fantastic addition to an amazing expedition.

There is so much that I have to be grateful for and I am thankful to you especially for being such an awesome Dhai and leader.
I hope you have had some time to spend at home with your wife after our expedition? A man should not work so hard that he neglects the important things.

I really hope to stay in touch as a good friend and brother should always be kept close. Good luck with your adventures sir, I really miss Nepal!

Morning – Hot Porridge, have you taken your Diamox?

Firstly, Ronnie your team was beyond anyone’s expectations, each individual from Dowa to each porter took care of us with so much attention to detail. We all felt as if we were one large “family”.
This statement should allow you to understand the depth of the bond that we built as a team. Which in turn, allowed us all to successfully get to see Everest and celebrate being at Base Camp, which was the prime focus for this trip. Please can you ensure that Dowa and his team gets this personal positive feed-back. 

I know that what I experienced on the mountain will be forever imprinted in my mind.

Glad we chose Dream Himalayas for our Everest Base Camp Trek as recommended by our friends.
The whole experience was incredible from start to finish. DHA staff were very professional and made sure that we feel very comfortable throughout the expedition. Logistics, base camp facilities and meals were first class (kudos to the local staff). Brought with us lots of good memories back home.

Dawa,
Thank you for all your help and guidance in our past trekking adventures. Nepals Annapurna region and base camp was a highlight for us with such diverse and beautiful scenery. So much so that we decided to train hard and return the following year to successfully conquer Everest Base Camp, Chola Pass and Gokyo Lakes. Your treks, guides and sherpas have been nothing short of excellent. And your personal approach, right down to joining us in a celebratory dinner to conclude is a fitting end to a great adventure.

Your guidance, friendship and hands on approach has made a lasting impression with us. We have travelled the world but never more than in Nepal have we found a country worthy of returning to. We love Nepals people, culture and mind-blowing scenery and will always remember our good fortune of being able to help raise funds for and visit a local Kathmandu school, a highlight for us.

We look forward to our return in the future, as we can't wait to introduce our children to wonderful Nepal. Every good luck to you and your family with Dream Himalaya Adventures.

Several months have passed since we returned from our adventure in Nepal. I continue to reflect on the magnificent journey we had and the exemplary service that Dream Himalaya provided. From our arrival and preparations in Kathmandu, through the trek into and climbing in the mountains at the headwaters of the Yangma Khola, and during our return and final time in Kathmandu you and your first class team ensured all went to plan and provided memorable companionship.

I was referred to Dream Himalaya by a respected American climbing guide. My wife and I wanted a local guide and porter service for our trek to Everest Base Camp. Dawa was immediately responsive, informative, and offered fair pricing. The planning and organization were friendly and professional, plus Dawa customized the trek to our preferences. Our guide, Ang Kami, with five Everest summits to his credit, got us comfortably acclimatized and handled logistics en route. Our porter, Kanchha, was a joy to have alongside; I think one of the friendliest and happiest people in the Khumbu! There are so many EBC trekkers, but most are either being herded in large groups run by overpriced foreign tour companies, or are doing it themselves hauling heavy packs and getting leftover accommodations. Dream Himalaya offers a great combination of guided, personalized trekking and reasonable prices. I will certainly contact Dawa again before my next Nepal trek or climb."

Dream Himalaya Adventures made sure that we had the most comfortable stay and we were given excellent services during our trip to the Everest Base Camp on October 2013. The local staff were very accommodating and hardworking. They made sure that our needs were properly and urgently attended to. They treated us not just like clients, but like family they must take care of. Their collective experience in the trekking industry was incomparable and it became very apparent on how they handled the overall proceedings of the trek, making us feel confident and at ease no matter what the conditions on the trip would be.

The logistical coordination with the management staff was excellent. They made sure that all the members of the climbing team were safe and well accounted for all throughout the duration of the climb. They anticipate clients' needs hence were able to provide excellent options and alternatives. Back-up plans were sorted out up to the last detail, leaving the clients absolutely nothing to worry about during the climb.

Dream Himalaya Adventures (DHA) is highly recommended for a hassle-free, comfortable and memorable experience in the Himalayas. It surely made us feel at home hundreds of miles away from home.
